How to access pornhub?

Hi, I've recently had virgin installed and I cant access pornhub, I'm sure it's something to do with parental controls but I don't know where to find them to switch them off anyhelp would be greatly appreciated?

I am sorry you can't access certain websites, you would need to change parental controls.

I turned both features off and I'm still not able to access any VPN service, adult content websites, or even scientific tools. I have noticed many users have the same problem, but I can't find a solution anywhere. Could I get some assistance?
