I have tried everything to order some wifi pods on the website and via chat to no avail. My broadband speed is brilliant in the sitting room, but so bad in the office, where I really need it that the speed test on their app doesn't even work. I only live in a flat, so the signal should be no problem, but it obviously is.
Does anyone know how to get a couple of these? At the moment Virgin is not fulfilling it's speed guarantee, and waiting in the phone for someone to answer us a complete nightmare.
