How do I order the Wi-Fi pods?

Hi

I'm also looking to get one as signal upstairs can be patchy so looking for it to be more consistent.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear of any WiFi issues.

Please download on your phone/tablet, the Connect App. When downloaded, you'll be able to run a WiFi scan in the property. This will check for any coverage issues/blackspots. It'll optimise it where possible and if a Pod is needed, you'll be prompted to order.

Hi @john_gs

The signal is strong but seems to drop every so often upstairs where I work from home. So the app says there's no problem, but then we'll totally lose internet.
