Hi there @Pmhsan 👋 Welcome back to our forum and thanks for your post 😊

Sorry to see you're having issues with the speeds not being as expected. If you did need to order an additional Pod this can be done by using the Connect app to optimise where the Pod should go. This will then advise if another Pod is needed and then allow you to order. More information can be found here.

There is also some more information on WIFI Max that may be helpful here.
