They said they were sending me a new router by Wednesday and today (Thursday) a power supply for my old router arrived. I might add that the power supply is fine. The ethernet ports on the back of my router are not working properly.
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry you've not been having much luck with the faults/customer service teams. I can see you last posted on Thursday, which means you may have spoken to someone in the mean time, but if not I can still help get a new router sent out to you.
