Sorry to hear you are lacking the ethernet ports you need for work requirements on your Hub 4. For anyone seeing this thread for the first time you can compare the specifications of the hub's via our website here 👉 Virgin Media Hub 3, Hub 4 & Hub 5 | Hub Swaps & Upgrades.
Sadly as the community have advised we do have a limited supply of HUB 5's currently, and so we would not be able to send one out at request at the moment - particularly as you have advised there is no fault with your hub 4. We will be upgrading customers to the Hub 5 as and when we are able to, and this will prioritise customers with faults, and those on the 1gig service. Sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused! I can appreciate this may be frustrating news.
