How can I reduce my bill down

How can I reduce my virgin media bill or get it frozen as I’ve been furloughed, & don’t no when I will be getting payed , need to save money for food

I don't believe they are offering anything like this, much like other ISP's, as they are not a financial institution and cannot just freeze payments
