How can I get VM to install fiber to a flat.

So basically the flat backs on to a main road, 2 floors up.

Street is Regent street Greenock Scotland, feel free to take a look.

As far as I can tell regent street has fiber installed as other houses on this street appear when I check for fiber in my area on the VM Website.

The flats do not have fiber installed and I am currently stuck on 75mbps which is fuzzy at best when more than one device is being used.

It does seem like it would be easy enough to install to the flat and I believe others in the block would be interested.

Is there anyway to push for installation?

Thanks in advance.

Start with the building landlord or the property management agent, secure their written consent to proceed.

Re: How can I get VM to install fiber to a flat.

Hi bhagal92,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Forums. It's great to have you on board with us in the Community and even better that you are wanting Virgin Media services.

I can see we are not currently available for your flat but I am happy to find out if there are any current plans in the making for you. To do that I will need your full address. I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right hand side of the page to access your inbox.

Thanks,
