I got 1GB broadband installed today. It all works great for a couple of hours, but then loses all internet connectivity. Wifi is fine, conecting to the hub by ethernet is the same, there is simply no internet.
When I turn the hub off and on again, this fixes the problem, but it comes back a couple of hours later. I've had to restart it 4 times since getting it installed today, which is not sustainable.
I've contacted support but they won't be open until Monday, and I work from home so really need a better solution ASAP. Are there any suggestions about what could be causing this?
Post the Network, Upstream and Downstream logs from the hubs admin pages
