Would love some help please, really difficult to get some traction and speak to someone who can fix my connection. I am experiencing significant connection issues whereby I am seeing high packet loss, ping spikes and then lose of connection that requires the full restart to get live again.
I have been using ThinkBroadband to monitor my connection which should paint a picture.
Would really like to see a solution otherwise I will have no choice but to switch providers.

Can you post your Hub status and logs? Someone should be spot if there is a problem Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) Don't log in! Click on 'router status' Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you may need to click the 'post' button again).
