High Latency and frequent spikes on Hub 3 (350MB package)

Hi all

I've been having very frequent lag spikes / high latency throughout the daytime except from the hours of 12am - 6am.

https://www.netmeter.co.uk/ping-test/202101-200532-6da6.html

Here is my latest ping test.

https://www.speedtest.net/result/10744310577

This is my latest speed test.

I've been wondering whether there is a general outage in Bromley (my area) or whether it's my own routers problem? Will switching to Hub 4 and increasing my package to Gig 1 make any difference?

All help / advice is appreciated.

Create a BQM and post the live link.

Upgrading will probably not help, depending on what the issue is.

We'll need to give it some time to populate.

You are in an oversubscribed/utilized area:

It settles in the early hours, then goes bad during the day/evening when everyone else is using their broadband!
