Since around 5pm GMT today I have had issues with Latency and Packet Loss, mostly noticeable as I'm being kicked out of online games.
I have had a monitor going since around 6 today:

Check for faults in your area. If there are not any then you need an engineer.
Your down stream powerlevels are too high. They should all be below 10 and no lower than -6.
Some of your upstream modulations are wrong also. 32 qam should be 64 qam.
Thanks for replying - Yeah there's no posted faults using the online tool, I'll ring them in the morning and see about having someone sent out.
