High Latency/Ping

I've been having on going issues while working and gameing with my ping reaching 200MS. This makes it hard for my work as I have a connection to a VPN what keeps lagging me out and online gaming as I keep rubber banding. Been happening Since December.

I've had the Hub3 swapped, all the connections changed only thing left is structural cabling in my flat.

I have tried both wired and wireless. Is there much more That can be done before I get the structural cabling sorted in my flat?
I have only ever have 2-3 connected at a time to the internet.
