High Latency Issues

Hi,

I’m using a Superhub 3, and experiencing problems with connection to all internet services (Netflix, Teams voice calls, web browsing, email). I’ve got a BQM set-up.

on 9th November, everything was Ok, 1st chart, since then, it’s pretty much 24/7 like the second chart. Currently running in modem mode and have devices connected wired and wireless, and experience the same issues with both types. I’ve tried the online service status checker and it says all is Ok. Strangely, the speed doesn’t seem affected. Getting about 200mbps which I was getting before.

Any advice on how I can improve my latency?

BQM 


Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).
