Help

Help, my network availability has error C133 meaning I have no WiFi. My TV is temporary unavailable V210 so no tv. This has been since Thursday night it is now Saturday. My wife is a teacher and should be working from home but can’t. Phoned customer service yesterday was told someone would call back no one did. Can someone please help

So you can get no TV and no broadband/internet?

Have you tried rebooting the TV box and router (hub) ?

Can you log into your router (using Ethernet connection if necessary) and check the network status....

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!
