I've just started using the vm connect app and noticed on scanning for blackspots that a couple of my rooms have upload and download speeds under 20 mbps. I'm a volt customer so I think I'm eligible for wifi pods to try and sort the issue, but the app isn't taking through the process for ordering as promised.
Can anyone help me out on how to sort my issue/order some pods to sort my coverage?

If the Connect app is not working, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you directly.
