Like everyone else affected by price rise and when I was on phone earlier this week to cancel was told that one of the benefit of being on M500 with volt benefit is that I can use the virgin connect app to order up to 3 wifi pods which will improve my wifi experience.
I have an large period house with thick walls and so signal doesn't even reach the far corners of the house and so pods seemed like a great idea. However I've tried to use the connect app several times and just get an error of something went wrong and 'Hub not found' even when 3 feet away from hub!
Is there any easier way to order pods? Otherwise might just use this opportunity to cancel when I can penalty free.
