Help with broadband

I spent 3 hrs yesterday on phone trying to get a replacement WiFi extender (ours is verified as broken) - none were available and as an alternative tried to order an intelligent WiFi booster - none were available. And yesterday and today we have got this message below abs we don’t know why???? Can anyone help as not able to spend 3hrs on the phone!
