Help with BQM

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/1612663119625089055 Hi, can anyone help me understand what the results of my BQM mean?  I want to monitor our WiFi speeds as I’ve been really unhappy with our broadband since joint Virgin in July 2020.  It’s never seemed right to me, had lots of problems from the get go.

The link doesn't work but I think i've worked out what it should be

If correct that's not particularly bad, especially compared to some BQMs that are being posted at the moment.

How are you testing the speeds, WiFi or wired?

From the BQM alone there doesn't seem to be any reason for such poor speeds.

Re: Help with BQM

How is your speed on a wired connection? Could be just the poor wireless that come with the Virgin hubs, in which case you would be better of with a third party router with better wireless capabilities. It also depends on your devices also, are they connected to 2.4Ghz which is very slow, 5Ghz would be faster but has a shorter distance/range.
