Help poor internet wired and wireless

Hi 

we are getting really poor internet keeps cutting out and losing WiFi randomly loses signal it’s happening on wired devices and WiFi super hub 3 I’m just about ready to switch to sky I know I’ll probably regret it but last 4 months have been worse ever and virgin media do not seem interested in fixing the issue just tells me I needed WiFi boosters which have made no difference at all on router status I’m getting lots of errors

Thanks for posting. 

 

Apologies for the delay getting back to you and that you've been experiencing problems with both your wired and wireless connection. 

 

I've had a look at your services and can see that you did have prolonged signal issues which would have been causing some problems. It looks like these have gone back to a normal range since you posted, so I'm hoping you've noticed an improvement?
