I have tried for about a week now to get sense out of virgin via web chat and telephone support. All I need is. a Wi-Fi Max pod for my home office as the signal is weak in that room, yet no-one seems able to help and the virgin connect app link to order them when it runs the scan just takes me to a web chat page... can someone PLEASE just order this?!
