Help needed, have i got a problem with my Hub4?

I'm beginning to come to a conclusion that VM network is just unable to cope with the demand on it. I've had constant network outages and daily loss of network services for months now which is having a massive impact on my work.

Network is now so bad I can not even play online in the evening due to massive latency that makes it impossible to play.

I've posted already in the Gaming Support section and have provided BQM for the past 24 hours. 

Anybody able to advise me what's going on?

The BQM shows that your local network is over-subscribed, probably by many more people working online.

I doubt if there is any immediate solution to this, but hopefully a Virgin representative may be along to advise in due course.
