Help interpreting BQM

Virgin replaced my router (which I have been asking them to do for 6 months) and finally I have a stable connection again.  Yay.  But over the past few days I've had slow speeds and observed strange BQM results - does this suggest a problem lurking?  Thanks for any help / advice.

I assume you have a Hub3?

The blocks of red is where the hub stops responding to ICMP requests - it's a known issue and is "normal" behaviour for the hub.

Did you also update your WAN IP on your BQM?
