Why is it near impossible to get any help or support for any services from virgin media? If I want to upgrade or spend more money it's easy, chat, email call loads to choose from.
But when I want help fixing intermittent broadband so my kids can all do school work it's impossible. Try the chat and they direct you to call 150 and call 150 and it's too busy.

I'm getting an x next to wifi when running a test on the hub and a drop off at random times.
I've rebooted, reset and turned off devices and still get the fault and drop off. My kids are now missing online learning and I'm having to hotspot my phone because it's more stable. I shouldn't have to do this when I'm paying £110 per month for virgin services which include 200MB broadband.
I would also like to upgrade my old tivo box but can't do that either.
