Help - builders have cut through cable

Please help, builders have cut through our cable and we don't have any Internet.

I've tried calling but the customer service centre is shut due to covid and no one is responding to the online chat, what else can I do to get this fixed?

I was also wondering if there would be a charge for the repairs?
