I have now also been experiencing a couple of other issues with internet connection.
1. it's just cut out thorough the day a few times a few days ago, refusing to even accept that an ethernet connection exists. I did a factory reset and it solved this but added to the other issues I'm not happy.
2. Now every time I turn on my personal desktop computer (using Ethernet connection) I don't have a connection and I have to troubleshoot every single time.
Each of these problems are not the end of the world, but in total I am very unhappy with the internet service I've received as of yet.
If anyone could please advise that would be great.
