Haven't received return packages for faulty wifi pods

Have been told several times that return packages are being sent to me for the return of faulty wifi pods.

At least 3 times now I have been told this, but no packages have been sent. This has prevented me from getting more pods as I have been told I am limited to 3 pods.

I don't think this is so much to ask for
