Have to reboot Hub 3 every day

I have to reboot my Hub 3 at least once every day. The wireless connection drops completely on all devices but the ethernet connection is fine. The lights stay on the hub as normal. 

I have had a new hub and I have moved position of the hub  but the same issue continues. 

I have spoken to customer service at least 8 times with no resolve. Each time they tell me to reset the router which solves the issue temporarily. 

The whole thing including the hours spent on the phone to customer service is a complete waste of time and I need some help to resolve the issue or an engineer to visit ASAP.
