Have router but need to set up payment for broadband
I have just moved into a new house, where there is a virgin media super hub left by a previous tenant. It works and is picked up by my devices, but says there is no Internet connection. Presumably because nobody's paying for it anymore. I don't have a customer ID to give on the phone to the customer service, but surely it should be easy to get this non-broken, properly plugged-in router to work? I just need to know how to restart the subscription in my name, no need to set up a new router.
