Have not received any bills (electronic or physical)

Hello, 

I would like to access my bills. I have been a customer for months now and I haven't received a single bill - physical or electronic. The debit payments have been going through and my service is working.
Since I have never received a bill, I don't know my account number and I can't set up a new account on the website. I do not have a welcome email with my account information. I only have a web order confirmation email without the account information. 
The support and contact pages on your website seem to be linked to each other, not providing a solution for me. I tried calling, messaging on the website, and emailing but I haven't received any response for days. 
 
Please help! I need to get access to all my bills and my account immediately.

You should have an email from when you signed up containing a copy of your contract that details your account number etc. on it.

I only have a web order confirmation email with no account number.

Hi ggizer,

Not much help I'm afraid but your VM account number will be on your bank statement.  Ignore the last 3 digits printed there.

I have been trying that number but didn't know about the last 3 digits. Thanks to you I was able to set up my account and access my bills!!
