Hardwire 2nd WiFi booster?

I live in an old extended house. It has 2 mains supplies (don’t ask). Power line boosters do not connect to each other. Can I use the second booster (currently located mid-house on same ring main as primary hard-wired booster but signal is not reaching the extremities of the house) and hard-wire (via an Ethernet cable) it back to the hub3 from the most distant room? (Easy to run the cable externally back to hub)

A mesh system or running a proper wired access point is what you need.
