I can't remember the last time an Engineer came to check my Hub or internet connection. Why is it so hard. Why is everything self help? When self help doesn't work and status is bad. Still no option to book an Engineer. Seriously thinking of leaving. Any constructive help from Virgin Media would be expected considering the prices they are charging. Been going on for a while now and no intervention for a loyal 30 year Customer

What issues are you having and what do they say when you call it in as a fault ?
Also have you checked for any “known network faults in your location - Try in 2 places
1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage (https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status)
2) Then also Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
