Have had no internet since Sunday. Have had a visit from one engineer who then said the issue is with the cable to the house and so had to wait for someone else another day who said they need to repull cables through. They told me it would be done by the end of that week and since then, I have been told I would be called visited today, which didn't happen, and have now been told they will call tommorow. The amount of times I've been told to wait till the next day for something is ridiculous, and as a student, having to stay at home the whole day for someone to then not show up is insulting. What can be done about this??
A repull normally only affects the external cable. It is done by contractors, that’s where the delay occurs. They do not need access to the premises.
