HUB4 WiFi Issue

Hi.

Recently upgraded to a Hub4 from a Hub3 and unfortunately the WiFi signal is very poor unless I'm stood over the router. Ethernet connection is actually much better now.

Can someone from Virgin please contact me to help with my issue. I have tried phoning but the automated help isn't helpful.

Yup. That’s the Hub4 for you.

Put it into Modem mode and attach your own router or mesh system.
