HUB 5 blue flashing light and Diagnostics

My daughter has just got a Hub 5, plugged it in and got a white light and then started flashing blue.

Running the diagnostics and it says the cable is disconnected, it isn't.

Any suggestions ?

Re: HUB 5 blue flashing light and Diagnostics

I have managed to get a bit deeper and info on the router says

Hub 5 device information

The information below shows current status of this Hub 5.

Standard specification compliant : DOCSIS 3.1

Hardware version : 1.2

Software version : LG-RDK_2.23.16-2106.14

Cable MAC address : **:**:**:**:**:**

Cable modem serial number : YBES23184876

System up time : 0day(s)0h:3m:26s

Network access : Not allowed

Network access not allowed suggests it is not yet activated at their end

Any advice

Thanks
