HUB 5 WIFI Dropping when router is moved

When I pick up or move my HUB 5 router the wifi drops off from all devices and then takes a few mins to start working again.

On the hub the lights look normal

And on the device the wifi still shows it's connected to the HUB 5

But every time the router is touched the wifi stops working

Have you checked that the incoming coax is tight? Could possibly just be your hand in front of the aerials affecting the signal.

Hi, it's not my hands interfering with it.

I just swapped from a Hub 3 to a hub 5 and the Hub 3 had no issues I could pick it up, shake it, anything I would do it never disconnected on the WIFI But this new router the Hub 5 all I have to do is pick it up 5cm from the ground and put it back down and the inter goes on all devices for a few mins.

The coax cable is secure

The lights on the router stay normal

The devices look like they are connected

But the internet doesn't work for a few mins after picking up the router

I'm thinking possibly a faulty router?
