HUB 4

Yesterday I recieved an email from VM asking me if I wanted to upgrade my router at no extra cost I said yes .Today I recieved another from VM which gives me the deivery date and the carrier .It goes onto to say I will recieve another email shortly about changes to my contract , since when is changing a router a change of contract , anybody else had one of these .

why don't we wait and see what the email says first before we all jump to conclusions?

I am not sure your answer was either warranted or helpful , and please dont tell me what I should or shouldnt do.I was hoping somebody out there has been through this and they might advise me .

how can anyone answer until we know what your email is going to say?

as said, let's wait and see what it says first. at the point if there is anything you don't agree with then you need to speak to Virgin to advise you don't accept the changes and you can revert back to your previous commitment.

If the contract change isn't to your liking refuse delivery of the Hub.

I have just spoken to VM and they have told me that the second email I recieved that refers to a change of contract should never have been sent its an error ,and the department concerned have been made made aware, the agent stressed a new router does not mean a change of contract .

As already said, wait for the email.

Contracts and the like cannot be looked at here by forum staff.
