HUB 4 is RUBBISH !

Ever since the new HUB 4 arrived my WiFi drops out periodically all day every day ! NEVER happened with old Hub. .......... RUBBISH

Nothing changed in location and distance of hub to laptop, all of 2.5 metres. 

You cannot run a test , because that service is not available yet .... RUBBISH.

Don't call VM during the pandemic, as a tech company haven't VM set up their call centre staff to WFH .... ? .... RUBBISH

Online Chat Bot ... forget it , it only has so many pre-programmed Q and A's.... RUBBISH

Navigation around VM site and onto this forum... let's make it as awkward as possible..... even the error messages are incorrect .... RUBBISH.
