HUB 3 saying my password is incorrect

"I need to access my Hub 3 to change the settings but when i enter the password on the bottom of the HUB it says they are incorrectt, I have no recollection of ever having entered the HUB or changed the password. Any ideas on how I access the HUB to change my settings?"

Have you reset the hub (Unplug any ethernet cables but leave the co-ax)

With it powered on: Press and hold the reset switch for 60 seconds

Give it about 10 minutes to sort itself out then navigate to 192.168.0.1 and try again.

If that doesn't work then something is seriously wrong!

Have another issue now, I have reset the password and then switched the router to modem mode and it then times out and does not allow me access again. I have to go through the reset process again and start again, done it twice now. Was going to leave it today to settle down and try to log in again.

To access the hub in Modem mode - you need to go to 192.168.100.1
