HUB 3 Connection keeps dropping

Run diagnostics, and it shows this. Cant figure out whats the problem. Reset done, on and off done, pulling out the main cord in the back and putting it back, change location. Nothing seems to change. Anyone knows how to fix this? 

 

Im not using any ethernet cable, all wifi just my phone and laptop. Cheers!

Can you try with an ethernet cable into the laptop?
