HELP WITH VIRGIN CONNECTION

Virgin disconnected our services in error as they were contacted by persons who we sold our house to and are due to move in at the end of month. 

Despite 11 hours on the phone to them from Saturday until today and reassurances from supervisors that it would be resolved and that they would call back to check - nothing has happened.

2 Adults working from home and 4 Children schooling from home  - no wifi, emails telephone, tv - nothing 

Been a customer for over 15 years and expected better than this - if someone can advice how to progress this then would appreciate help!
