Green lights no wifi

Hi

my wifi has gone down 2 hours ago. 
solid green wifi light, flashing green power light and sometimes flashing green arrows 

checked all cabling and rebooted hub. Won’t recognise hub on virgin connect app

anyone can help. Working form home and obviously need wifi back on
