Hi, I have posted about this before but every now and then I keep getting green lights on my hub 3 router. The base light, arrows and WiFi. I do not understand why this happens? I've had an engineer out awhile ago, rid some stuff and it was fine for awhile but it keeps happening on and off?
Have you really only 1 Downstream channel? Where are the other 23? And also the Upstream data ?
Try a pinhole reset and post again if it doesnt sort it. Make sure the 2 passwords on the Hub sticker are still there and legible first ! Disconnect any ethernet cables from the Hub, and then with the Hub still "switched on" throughout, press pin in firmly with paper clip/SIM tray tool or similar "thin thing" and hold it firmly for at least 60 seconds, release the pin, leave for 10’ to stabilise - dont manually switch it off at any time.
