Green light flashing, WiFi light solid green, TV not working

My Hub 3.0 hasn’t been working since yesterday - I’ve tried everything from checking the cables are connected, to a soft reset, to a full factory reset. Nothing works. The WiFi light is a solid green (not flashing), but the line at the bottom is flashing green. My TV service is not working at all either. Is it possible the Hub is faulty? Or has anyone else had the same issue?
