Green light flashing, WiFi light solid green, TV not working

My Hub 3.0 hasn’t been working since yesterday - I’ve tried everything from checking the cables are connected, to a soft reset, to a full factory reset. Nothing works. The WiFi light is a solid green (not flashing), but the line at the bottom is flashing green. My TV service is not working at all either. Is it possible the Hub is faulty? Or has anyone else had the same issue?

Hello

Those lights mean there is no connection to the VM servers, have you checked https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status for major outages or calling 0800 561 0061 to check for local issues, normally down to postcode level.

Also make sure that all coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight.
