Green flashing download arrows on hub

No internet all day 

my hub on solid green light and wifi symbol

but flashing green arrows !!

No issues in the area help 

 

I have done all reset stuff 

and connections are fine

As well as trying the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to postcode level.

At this point - I'd give it a pin-hole reset!

remove any ethernet cables - leave the co-ax and power

With the hub on - press the reset switch with a paperclip or sim-removal tool for about 60 seconds - Leave for about 10 minutes to re-sync!

If that doesn't cure it - Call it in as a fault on 150!

Already had painful experience of calling 150 !

have done ALL 

reset options 

pin reset too 

and still stuck And no engineer for 2 days !!

Yes first available appointment 

I may get a technician call tomorrow although it was originally promised today but nothing .. on several calls to 150 they say tomorrow for that 

 

very disappointed
