Green flashing arrows hub3

First time connecting up a router with coaxial. Hub3 brand new. Flashing green arrows with no internet connection. Unplugged router from extensions and connected directly to inlet, still no connection. All connections are firm and secure. Been into wifi local setup tried to run diagnostic, told me there was something it couldn't fix. Assume I need an egineer to come fix the inlet. Any suggestions?

Have you rung up & activated the new hub?

If you have activated how long have you left it on for? New hubs have to download the latest firmware after installation, which can take a while.

Feel like an idiot now. Been working with my own tech so long now I forgot to activate the service.
