Good morning. Looking for a bit of advice please.
On Monday around 3pm there was a service fault in my area and again yesterday. It is now saying all fine on service check on the app and the phone line.
The issue I have is since these faults occurred my hub is showing a green flashing double arrow. I have unplugged everything, did a reset of the router etc. All the checks but it will not get past the flashing green double ended arrow. I have followed the steps online and now a technician is booked in for Friday.
I was just wondering if there was anything else I could try before then ?
