Got one WiFi Booster - but app tells me I need another
Received a WiFi booster with my start-up pack but a subsequent scan tells me I've still got a black spot area in the house. The app redirects me to a page which tells me I already have a booster and gives a phone number which just rings and rings.
What can I do to get a second booster for the blackspot?

You'd be better off getting a decent mesh system than powerline boosters from Virgin
