Still have issues with the devices staying connected so hopefully get sorted soo as virgin engineer will take a look. Its more noticable over the weekend and Monday when Im home and family tell me.

Thank you so much for updating us. Can I just ask if you are able to provide the BQM for us? If you leave this running for around 48 hours it will give us a good idea of the disconnections happening.

I have linked to it on my last post but that's todays. Do I need to go to the calander and get link for each day? Been monitoring since 10th June.
I have no idea what that means but can't be good. When it works it's good at over 550mb.

I do apologise, I've taken a look at the BQM results just now, though I can't see anything there that's notable and would explain the issues you've described.
I can also see that you've mentioned an engineer visit has been arranged for tomorrow. Please let us know the outcome of that visit either way and we can proceed from there.
