Going mad.....!

Help please! Lockdown has had as much effect on my WiFi as everyone else, so in an attempt to help ease pressure I have run Ethernet cable to bedrooms for kids gaming and my streaming. Everything connects fine except for my v6 which cannot seem to access internet via cable. Working fine on WiFi. Tried completely resetting v6 but still no luck. 
Any suggestions or advice please?!

Try another ethernet cable - they do sometimes fail. Are you connecting directly into the Hub or to something else - a switch, your own router, powerline adapter etc ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hi,

I tried a different cable - no luck

Its connecting to a switch rather than directly to the hub, but tried both ways to no avail

Its possible that the V6's ethernet port is damaged/failed if it wont connect directly into the Hub on a different cable. The Hub isn't in modem mode is it ?
